Hello there and welcome to my blog today! It’s been a good few days since I blogged and I really need to get into better habits with this. As today’s title suggests, I am sharing making an easy card with scraps of paper. I think all crafters have lots of scraps of card and designer series paper lying around as none of us like to throw things away, I certainly don’t, so I have been trying to help my ladies recently by sharing cards made with scraps.

I made this card using A4 card, so I am working in centimetres. If you create a standard card base that is half an A4 piece then cut an extra piece of Whisper White card that measures 8.5cm x 12.8cm, this is the piece the paper will be mounted onto. Cut a piece of paper 7.5cm x 12.3cm and then cut into 3 pieces that are 2.5cm wide each. Mount this onto the piece of Whisper White you cut with a small gap around each piece of paper. I then tied some ribbon around that panel and adhered it to the card blank. Then all you need to do is to add your greeting onto the card!

If you would like to see me demonstrate how I made this card then I do have it on one of my You Tube videos which you can see below as part of my New Catalogue Online Workshop. I also made the card with using the Boho Indigo suite and then I stamped a panel with the Forever Fern stamp set and created my own designer series paper.
If you would like to book onto one of my Online Classes then you can find out more by clicking HERE or by visiting my Facebook page HERE. I do hope you like this card and will have a go at making one yourself!
