So yesterday we went on a little Magical Mystery Tour to Liverpool, home of the Beatles!!!
I cannot tell you how excited Evan was, bless him, he must be the biggest 7 year old Beatles fan ever!!!!! We went on the train from Pudsey (where we live) to Leeds and then got on the train to Liverpool. We caught the first train just after 8.30 which was a bit of a shock to the system!! I still wasnt feeling very well but I soldiered on as I knew everyone was looking forward to it!
We had lunch out and then arrived here!!!
Evan inside the Cavern Club with his audio recording and headphones. These were really informative and kept the boys entertained!
We had to go to the souvenir shop of course and Evan wanted to buy these John Lennon glasses. We have laughed at him all afternoon as we think he looks quite like him! Although I am not sure John would have had all his lunch around his face!!!!
Was a brill day out and nice to have a break from everything.
