Good morning and a very happy Friday, I am here to share my Recessed Panel card using the Forever Fern stamps in a little more detail. I know I briefly shared it on a post recently but I am back with a more in depth showcase. This card will be one of the cards we are making in my 3rd round of my online Coffee & Cards course which starts on 16th June. I am afraid bookings have closed for this round but I will shortly be advertising Round 4 once I have decided what we are using. As soon as I saw the Forever Greenery suite I knew I had to use it for my Coffee & Cards and I am super excited to get going on the 16th. The videos will be on my You Tube channel for you to be able to watch at your convenience.

I had seen a few of this style card but never attempted it before and I was pleased with the result. You do need a pencil and ruler to help with the creation of this one. For this round of Coffee & Cards I have tried to make the cards a little more challenging and also I have factored in a couple of new styles I haven’t tried before.

I think the sentiment on this card is perfect for a wedding or anniversary card so I have designed the card with that in mind. It can of course be changed up for another sentiment from your craft supplies. I have only used one ink pad on this card, Shaded Spruce, and I stamped off to get the paler colour you can see on the stamped images at the top of the card. I really hope you like this one, I have had some lovely feedback already from my ladies who have seen my sneaky peek from the other day. I will shortly have my Events page up and running which will advertise all my virtual events, you can find the page HERE. That’s all from me today. I am going to get sorted for an exciting day ahead as my eldest son is 21 today! Yep I cannot believe it, he was 9 when I joined Stampin’ Up! Have a great Friday.
